When we started Cliff.ai, we wanted to reimagine how businesses monitor their key metrics and KPIs. We wanted to eliminate the need for manual monitoring of dashboards to identify key business issues as they happen and help teams fix them quickly. In 2021, we launched our Cliff.ai “business observability platform,” making that vision a reality by integrating with the modern data stack and building actionable workflows on business KPIs. 

Since then, we have worked with some of the fastest-growing companies in the world by delivering real-time insights on critical business issues to the right stakeholders within the business, bringing together information and actions that operations teams need to ensure a quick time to resolution.   

Today, we are thrilled to announce that in furtherance of that vision, Cliff.ai is joining Gtmhub — the world’s leading strategy execution platform based on the OKR management methodology. 

 Gtmhub and Cliff.ai have always had a common goal — to enable companies to take command of their entire business, from strategic priorities to operational details. While Gtmhub has excelled in bringing a strategy execution framework to the industry by helping with OKRs, Cliff.ai achieved operational excellence for them by having a “business observability platform.” By connecting strategy to daily activities, Gtmhub and Cliff.ai transform the way companies do business by creating better visibility and organizational alignment. 

Gtmhub helps you lay down your strategy — where you want to be. On the other hand, Cliff.ai is the operational layer that monitors your metrics — where you are. When you shorten the feedback loop between where you’re currently at and where you want to be, it becomes easier for you to take action and make course corrections to ensure you reach where you want to be. That’s the magic. That’s the vision. 

Going forward, both Cliff.ai and Gtmhub customers will continue to be able to use the platforms they know and love as they always have — no abrupt or sudden changes are planned. We'll get to work learning how we can create even greater value for our customers, and we'll create a roadmap that brings both product experiences closer. We look forward to engaging and learning from our customer communities as part of this process. 

We’ve known the founders of Gtmhub since 2017 when we were in the same batch of Techstars SAP.iO program in Berlin. Back then, we were a young bunch of 24-year-old starry-eyed boys and often received solid advice from Ivan, Rado, Bo, and Jordan, the experienced (been there, done that) founders of Gtmhub. It’s not just the perfect alignment of our visions but the deep sense of trust and respect we have for them that made this move a no-brainer.  

This announcement marks an incredible milestone in the Cliff.ai journey and we’d like to thank our community, our customers, our investors, and our team for all your support and partnership. This is just the beginning and we are excited about the great things to come.
